1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Noor Ul Qalam's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Noor Ul Qalam provides online Quran education services, including but not limited to Tajweed, Hifz, Noorani Qaida, and Islamic Studies. The services are provided on a subscription or per-course basis and require a stable internet connection and necessary hardware.

3. Registration and Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Class schedules must be agreed upon between the tutor and the student (or guardian). If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, they must notify their tutor or the administration at least [X] hours in advance to schedule a makeup class. Failure to notify may result in the class being marked as taken.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for classes must be made in advance as per the agreed-upon billing cycle. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first month, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Refunds after this period are at the discretion of the administration.

6. Code of Conduct

Students and tutors must maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor during classes. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of Islamic principles will result in immediate termination of the account without refund.

7. Modifications to Service

Noor Ul Qalam reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Noor Ul Qalam shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
